Being one that believes in the saying, "Bring the hay down off the high loft so the horses can eat it," this work certainly lives up to that saying. His explanations are profound, understandable, detailed, and workable. As a pastor/teacher for thirty-years, I appreciate his approach to teaching. As an author, I appreciate the extensive work he put into this book, which becomes apparent when one reads it. While Dr. Wilder quotes many other leaders in his book, he adds a freshness in his interpretation. I predict upon distribution of this book that he also will be widely quoted. I highly recommend The ABC's of Leadership to all current and future leaders.
